- Employees can purchase most benefits using the IRS Section 125 “Cafeteria Plan,” in which they pay for benefits from earnings that are free from income and social security taxes. All benefits are optional.
- Client company contribution to the cost of benefits can range from 50 to 100 percent of the cost of major medical insurance and from zero to 100 percent of the cost of ancillary benefits.
- Our excellent 401(k) retirement plan includes many features not found in similar programs. An optional profit-sharing plan allows employers to make additional contributions to their employees’ accounts on a tax-deferred basis.
